Lomo-saturday

While we are enjoying the last days of summer here, I’ve got some more pictures from Sweden for you. I hope you won’t grow tired of them, because it was just so beautiful there, I kept shooting pictures.

These pictures are taken with my Nikon Fg-20 and a color implosion filmrole I bought at Adox in Berlin. I never edit my lomo-saturday pictures digitally.

Terwijl wij genieten van het staartje van de zomer, heb ik nog wat Zweden-foto’s voor jullie. Ik hoop dat jullie er niet moe van worden, het was er zo prachtig dat ik maar foto’s bleef maken.

Deze foto’s zijn genomen met mijn Nikon Fg-20 en een color implosion fotorolletje dat ik kocht bij Adox in Berlijn. Ik pas mijn lomo-saturday foto’s niet digitaal aan.

Surprises on a bike ride in Sweden.

Pictures 1, 3 and 5 are taken with my Nikon Fg-20 and a color implosion filmrole I bought at Adox in Berlin. Pictures 2 and 4 are shot with my Canonet QL-19 and a regular 200 iso filmrole. I never edit my lomo-saturday pictures digitally.

Verrassingen tijdens een fietstocht in Zweden.

Sweden

We went to Sweden for a short holiday trip. It felt like walking around in a fairytale.

We gingen naar Zweden voor een korte vakantie. Het voelt er alsof je in een sprookje rondloopt.

Nog meer Zweedse zomer. Wat heerlijk om zo na te genieten zeg. Het tweede rolletje heb ik net volgeschoten, ben benieuwd welke vakantieplaatjes daaruit verschijnen!

Some more Swedish summer. So nice to look back at our holiday in scenes. I just shot the last frame on the second film role, I’m curious to see what snapshots of Sweden appear on that!

Het is dus een houten eland, die daarboven tussen de wolken staat. Als ik met een 35mm-rolletje in mijn Diana fotografeer, is het lastig inschatten wat er op de foto komt. De viewfinder is namelijk gemaakt voor 120mm-film. Het brengt wel mooie verrassingen.

So it is a wooden moose, above, between the clouds. When I photograph with a 35mm film-role in my Diana, it is hard to estimate what will be the range of the picture. Because of the viewfinder that is equipped for 120mm. It does bring some nice surprises.
