Verbloemen

Deze week ben ik alleen en ik verbloem de saaiheid (al moet ik toegeven dat ik ook wel van de rust geniet).
Het mintgroene tafeltje is de DLM van Hay, de groene vaas is van Klaas Kuiken (beiden via Oxo) en de bloempot en de gele schaal zijn kringloopvondsten.

I am alone this week and I disguise the boredom with flowers (although I have to admit I also enjoy the peace and quiet).
The blue table is the DLM by Hay, the green vase is by Klaas Kuiken (both bought at Oxo) and the flowerpot and yellow bowl are thrift finds.

Nikon

Vorige week vond ik bij de kringloop een oude analoge Nikon spiegelreflex. Het is een FG-20, met 35-70 mm lens. Er is niet echt meer sprake van lomografie (het zijn geen snapshots), maar ik ben wel enorm blij met het resultaat.

Last week I found an old analogue Nikon reflex camera at the thrift store. It is a FG-20, with 35-70 mm lens. It’s not really lomography anymore (these are no snapshots), but I’m incredibly happy with the results.

Nadat ik woensdag Barbara’s blog las, ben ik ook naar de kringloop gegaan. En ik vond fantastische dingen. Onder andere een prachtig 50s glaasje, een ongebruikte aktetas, een uitlekschaal voor fruit en een fantastische kussenhoes. Gelukkig hielpen de aardige kringloopmedewerkers me met inladen.
After I saw Barbara’s blog last wednesday, I also went to the thriftstore. And I found great things. Amongst other things I found a great 50s drinking glass, an unused briefcase, a dripping bowl for fruit and an amazing pillowcase. Gladly the kind employees at the thriftstore helped me loading the stuff.
