Onze pc was al een tijdje bijna dood. En we liepen regelmatig kwijlend langs de Apple-store. Deze week hebben we de stoute schoenen aangetrokken en de bankpas gepakt. We hebben een iMac in huis! Hij is prachtig, werkt zo soepel en z’n scherm is haarscherp.
En waar ik deze week ook heel blij mee was, was met het terugvinden van mijn sleutels. Ze waren een halve dag kwijt, ik haalde horrorscenario’s in mijn hoofd van sleutels die op de voordeur waren blijven staan en bleef maar zoeken. Mijn schoonmoeder schoot te hulp, bad tot de heilige Sint Antonius en tadáaa, ik vond ze terug onder een van de kussens op de bank. Heftig staaltje opluchting.
Our pc was almost dead for a while now. And we walked drooling by the Apple-store regularly. This week we made up our minds and took our bank card. Now we have an iMac! It is beautiful, it works so well, and the screen is dead sharp.
Some other thing I was thrilled about this week, was finding my keys back. They were lost for several hours, I was afraid I left them in the door and kept on looking. My mother-in-law came to the rescue, praid to Saint Anthony and tadáaa, I found them back underneath one of the pillows on the couch. Relief!
