Een van mijn favoriete Scandinavische merken is Marimekko. Afgelopen zomer was ik in Kopenhagen en in de Marimekko-flagshipstore waren zoveel mooie spullen te koop, dat ik niet meer wist waar te kijken. Bovenstaand bord bijvoorbeeld, het Räsymatto plate. Geweldig vond ik hem, maar veel te duur. Laatst vond ik bij de kringloop het onderste bord. Twee druppels water, toch? En fantastisch voor pizza!
One of my favourite Scandinavian brands is Marimekko. Last summer I was in Copenhagen and in the Marimekko-flagshipstore I saw so much great stuff, I didn’t know where to look. The plate above for example, the Räsymatto plate. I loved it, but it was way too expensive. A while ago I found the plate below at a thriftstore. Looks quite alike, don’t you think? And it’s a fantastic pizza-plate!
